We produce barriques with a capacity of 225 litres and 300 litres.

There are also many winemakers who prefer barrels with a capacity of 500 litres; they are called double-barriques.
Toasting is done according to the special needs of our customers: light, medium, intense.

Principal there are 2 components which give the wine a different characteristic.

The first important decision is to choose the right intensity of Toasting.

The second essential component is the selection of the different types of wood.


The wood we use for the production of barriques comes from France (Allier, Tronçais, Nevers, Limousin) and Austria (Manhartsberg, Ybbstal, Steiermark).

We also use acacia or Slavonie oak for barriques.
